Shippensburg, PA   (March 18, 2010) - Orrstown Bank is pleased to announce that Michael Russo has joined the Company as a Loan Review Officer. Russo will be responsible for conducting independent and objective reviews of commercial loan underwriting, structuring, approval and assignment of credit risk grades under the supervision of the Credit Administration Committee. Michael brings over 25 years of financial experience to his position, having previously been employed with FNB of Greencastle, Patriot Federal Credit Union, and F&M Trust.

Russo attended California University in California, PA, graduated from the PBA Advance School of Banking at Bucknell University and has taken continuing education courses through Shippensburg University.  He currently holds a Pennsylvania Health, Life, and Property & Casualty Insurance License.  Michael resides in Chambersburg.

Orrstown Bank Welcomes Lew Davey

Shippensburg, PA   (March 10, 2010) - Orrstown Bank is pleased to announce that Lew Davey has joined the Company as a Vice President, Business Development Officer. Davey will serve the Bank’s West Shore and Perry County regions.  Lew brings 24 years of experience to his role as Business Development Officer.

Davey graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Business Economics and is also a graduate of West Perry High School. Actively involved in the community, Lew serves as Board Member and Member of the Executive Committee for the Pennsylvania National Horse Show Association, Board Member and past President of the Kiwanis Club of Harrisburg, Treasurer of Slow Food Harrisburg, and as Committee Member of Troup 88 Boy Scouts of America, Keystone Council, Adventure District.

Orrstown Bank Welcomes Rodger Diehl!

Orrstown Bank is pleased to announce that Rodger Diehl has joined the Company as a Mortgage Originator. Diehl will serve the Bank’s Carlisle region and will be based out of the Seven Gables office.

Previously employed with Wells Fargo as a Home Mortgage Consultant, Rodger brings nearly 30 years of experience to his role as a Mortgage Originator.

Diehl is a Carlisle High School graduate and has earned both his Real Estate Salesman and Real Estate Broker licenses. Rodger is actively involved in the community as a member of the Community Christian Fellowship Church, and currently resides in Carlisle with his wife and daughter.

Shippensburg, PA   (March 4, 2010) - Orrstown Bank is pleased to announce that Bill Coy has joined the Company as a Branch Executive Officer. Coy will serve the Bank’s Norland Avenue office in Chambersburg, PA.

Bill was previously employed at Sovereign Bank as a manager overseeing several branch locations, and brings nearly 10 years of managerial experience to the Bank.

Coy is a Chambersburg Area Senior High School graduate and earned both a degree in Economics with a Business minor from The Pennsylvania State University. He has also earned both his Pennsylvania and West Virginia Real Estate Licenses. Bill currently resides in Chambersburg with his wife and daughter.
